Macau

Macau is one of the Airasia destinations, if you are a Malaysian and you are able to grab the free ticket, it cost you about RM300/pax. Remember do not cross over the weekend in Macau if you wish to save. Hotel in Macau is double the price in the weekend (Friday & Saturday) and public holiday. By air, you will arrive at the Macau International Airport located in Taipa Island. Welcome to Macau!

As normal, you can just jump into a taxi for your journey, all taxi go by meters but surcharge applied to luggage, cross over island, thru and flow airport. Another way is you can take the bus No AP1 (MOP$3.30/pax and luggage MOP $3.00/piece) to the Macau Ferry Terminal. If you plan to take public, keep some coin because all buses are self pay (no change). Hong Kong dollar is acceptable here as 1 to 1 basis if you do not have any Macau dollar. Most of the buses stop at this terminal and you can either change for another public bus or take a ferry to Hong Kong as well.

Choose Venetian Hotel be your 1st stop for a budget tour. Why I said so? You can take a free shuttle bus from airport to Venetian Hotel (save transportation cost). Once you step into this hotel you will find yourself reaching La Vegas, it is the same concept applied. You can choose to overnight here but the rate is about MOP $1,500/nite. If your budget is not allowable, you can choose other hotel thru the ads beside. You can choose another saving way by using the free hotel shuttle service to the Macau Ferry Terminal or the Barrier Gate, just jump into the bus which goes to the nearest location of your hotel. (Some hotel provide free shuttle from the Macau Ferry Terminal as well, check it out if you can just change shuttle at the terminal.)
Enjoy your trip!
